AGRISAT is a joint project by MEEO and the Earth Sciences Department of the University of Ferrara, funded by The Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and the University of Ferrara.

The main aim of AGRISAT is the development of a new data analysis technique to retrieve soil chemical parameters from multispectral/ hyperspectral satellite data; this system is being first developed for agricultural applications, but can be easily tuned for different kinds of environmental monitoring.

Thanks to the participation of MEEO onthe ESA SEN2FLEX campaign, a large amount of ground and remotely sensed data will be available during the development and validation phases of the proposed method.
